RCMP have charged one man in connection with a homicide on the outskirts of Fredericton on the weekend.
Police were called to a home at Gorham Court in Lincoln around 11:30 on Sunday evening after reports of two men in a fight.
Police arrived and found a 50-year-old man had been stabbed and had succumbed to his injuries at the scene and the other man fled the area.
A 60-year-old Fredericton man was arrested on Monday, Peter Mollins appeared before a judge by way of a tele-remand and was charged with the second-degree murder of Michael Sacobie.
