The town of Quispamsis has launched a study to look at flooding issues along part of Cedar Ridge Boulevard.
CBCL Consulting has been engaged by the town to complete a storm water analysis study between civic #60 and #120.
Engineers will look to see if there are any challenges with drainage patterns and systems, as well as make recommendations for improvements.
Town officials say they have dealt with challenges related to managing drainage patterns and systems in the area.
People living in the area have also reported overland flooding, surcharged ditches and flooded basements.

As part of the study, CBCL is engaging residents and property owners to identify property-specific issues, gather background information, obtain community feedback and discuss collaborative measures to best address the challenges.
An open house will take place at Quispamsis Town Hall from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
