A Saint John man accused in a summer assault pleading guilty to four charges in court.
Michael Price was charged after a man was beaten in the head at the intersection of Canterbury and Princess Streets on August 1st, 2019
In court on Friday morning, Price entered guilty pleas to four charges including assault causing bodily harm and indictable assault.
A charge of attempted murder will be dealt with at sentencing.
Last week Price was denied bail and remanded into custody.
The Crown requested victim impact statements while the defence asked for a pre-sentence report.
Price is due back before a judge on December 19th, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. for sentencing.
The facts in the case will be heard at that time and any victim impact statements that have been submitted.
