Saint John police say a man will be making a court appearance next February after an incident in the uptown.
Just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, police say they were alerted about a possible impaired driver.
Officers spotted a vehicle on City Road and pulled it over.
They say the driver was given a breath test and will be charged with impaired driving.
