Two men from Rothesay charged with manslaughter made a brief court appearance Friday morning.
Officers found a man unconscious at the intersection of Waterloo and Union streets in October.
The 59-year-old man was taken to hospital, where he died from his injuries.
22-year-old Garrett Edward Johnston and 23-year-old Gordon Mitchell McMillan are charged in his death.
Gordon Mitchell McMillan of Rothesay was in court this morning facing manslaughter charges. He and Garrett Edward Johnston were arrested in October after police found a man unconscious uptown. The man later died.

Their election and plea has been set over until February 10th, 2020.
