What names topped the list for 2019 babies in the province?
Olivia and Emma were the most popular for the girls for the third year in a row.
They were followed by Charlotte, Amelia, Ava, Evelyn, Chloe, Scarlett, Violet, Sophia, Emily and Madison.
As for the boys, William and Liam were the most common.
Noah, Logan, Benjamin, Jacob, Jack, Thomas, Owen, Lucas, Oliver and Jackson were also popular.
Birth numbers were down slightly this year.
There were almost 100 less babies born when compared to 2018.
2,603 baby girls and over 2,752 baby boys were brought into the world in New Brunswick this year.
