Saint John’s Sea Belles Chorus gave back to their community this holiday season.
The a Capella group donated part of their annual fundraising profits to two local charities: Romero House and the Sophia Recovery Centre, an addiction recovery centre in Saint John.
$500 was given to both groups.
In addition to the donation, the Sea Belles collected mitts, hats, scarves and socks for patrons of Romero House.
The Sea Belles return to their regular practice schedule on January 8th. Women who like to sing are welcome to join them at any time throughout the year.
