A time-honoured tradition is taking place at City Hall on New Year’s Day.
The Annual New Year’s Day Levee will be your chance to mingle with councillors, community members and Mayor Don Darling while celebrating the arrival of 2020.
The event starts at 11 a.m. on the eighth floor of City Hall. Light refreshments will be served.
Another New Year’s Day Levee is being held at Gahan House on Prince William Street. There will be live music and complimentary food.
The Rothesay Common will also be open New Year’s Day from 12 to 3 for a New Year’s skate.
Levee Day is an annual tradition in many Maritime cities, especially in P.E.I.
