The new year brings a price increase for Saint John Energy customers who rent heat pumps.
The increase for rental heat pumps is 1.5% and for most customers, it breaks down to an extra 80 cents on their monthly bill.
“The increase reflects a rise in program costs related to the continued provision of high-quality heat pump rental services offered by Saint John Energy,” said Ingrid Harris, Manager of Consumer Products. “At Saint John Energy, we are committed to providing customers with opportunities for energy savings through our top of the range products and services.”
