Matthew Vincent Raymond, the man accused of killing four people in Fredericton, is due back in court Monday.
Raymond is scheduled to attend a pre-trial conference in the Court of Queen’s Bench in Fredericton at 11 a.m.
Back in October, Raymond was deemed unfit to stand trial and was sent the Restigouche Hospital Centre in CampbelltonĀ for psychiatric evaluations.
He was returned to the Saint John Regional Correctional Centre last month after a 60 day psychiatric treatment order expired.
In a new report from his doctors, Raymond was been found fit to stand.
Raymond is charged with first-degree murder in the 2018 shooting deaths of two Fredericton police officers and two civilians at an apartment building on the city’s north side.
