Dates have been set as Marissa Shephard returns to court for another first-degree murder trial.
Shephard was convicted in the death of 18-year-old Baylee Wylie, who died in December 2015 in Moncton.
She appealed and her conviction was overturned in October last year.
Shephard will be tried again in August 2021 in a case that is expected to take around two months to complete.
