A 33-year old Oromocto, N.B. man previously banned from driving has been charged after a Fredericton crash left a woman critically injured.
The single-vehicle crash occurred around 3 a.m. on the morning of January 31st, 2020 in the 1100 block on the Lincoln Road in Fredericton, N.B.
A 32-year-old woman was thrown from the vehicle sustaining critical injuries.
She remains at the Regional hospital in Saint John listed in serious but stable condition.

Jeffery Joseph Sacobie was charged over the weekend with Impaired Operation Causing Bodily Harm and Driving While Prohibited.
At the time of the crash, Sacobie was banned from driving for four years.
He has seven previous convictions for impaired driving.
Sacobie remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court again on February 4, 2020, at 9:30 a.m.
