Mount Allison University faculty and librarians are expected to return to the bargaining table for a meeting.
A post on the university’s website states a meeting between the university and the faculty association has been scheduled for Wednesday. A provincially-appointed mediator will also attend.
This is day three of a strike at the university. Classes have been cancelled since Monday.
Some of the sticking points in the collective bargaining are academic resources and workload, part-time job security, and part-time compensation.
