Police say a vehicle went into Marsh Creek due to a mechanical error Friday morning.
The Saint John Police Force responded to the call at 11:18.
The truck went over an embankment on Frederick Street before landing in the creek.
The driver was safely removed from the truck and has no serious injuries.
The truck itself was removed from the creek at 12:22.
The Department of Environment inspected the area to confirm no fuels spilled into the waterway.
