City police responding Tuesday morning to the Royal Kennebecasis Yacht Club about a suspicious person quickly learned a sailboat was broken into.
Officers discovered the man had left the area with a large amount of stolen property and were able to track him at a north end apartment where items with a value of about $50,000 were found.
The man is looking at charges of break and enter, possession and breach of a court order.

Police are checking for links to other recent property crimes in the Millidgeville area.
Information from the public played a key role in the arrest and the recovery of stolen property.
Members of the public are reminded to contact the police if they see something suspicious or out of place around their homes or businesses.
