Police say a 31-year-old man failed to appear in court Tuesday for charges following a serious crash on the Mackay Highway in 2019.
Charges have been laid against Kory Kinden and another man following the October collision.
In a news release, Saint John police said the charges include failing to stop, dangerous driving and possession of a stolen automobile.
Police said a vehicle was pursued into Rothesay and sped back toward the Mackay Highway.
They say the vehicle then crossed into the eastbound lanes and hit a vehicle head-on, sending the driver to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The other man is due in court in April.
