A Saint John man in his 50s was arrested Monday for stealing liquor several times over the past month.
Steve Martin pleaded guilty to four counts of theft from the NB Liquor store on Wellington Row.
Jim Hennessy, a spokesperson with the Saint John Police Force, said Martin was given a suspended sentence and eight months’ probation.
Hennessy said police were able to identify Martin through video surveillance and he was arrested on Charlotte Street.
