It seems Canadians are a little happier with their telecom providers.
A mid-season report from the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services finds complaints to its office down 12 per cent over the past year.
Bell racked up the most complaints at over 2,200 but it’s still 26 per cent lower than the number file in the previous year.
Most of the complaints related to disclosure, incorrect charges or the quality of service provided.
