Porter Airlines is keeping its planes grounded for another month.
The company is now delaying the resumption of flights until July 29 due to ongoing uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 travel restrictions.
Two seasonal flights Porter had intended to run have been grounded for 2020; the Muskoka area in southern Ontario and Stephenville, Newfoundland.
Officials say they are actively working to prepare for a return of service and stress Porter will play an important part of providing people with travel options as the economy recovers.
The company is also preparing to introduce enhanced health and safety measures for their return.
The airline is waiving change and cancellation fees on all fares booked between now and the end of July.
