A Miramichi woman has died in a two-vehicle collision just south of the city on Route 11.
Richibucto RCMP were called to the crash around 11 o’clock Tuesday night and say a sedan heading southbound crossed the centre line and struck an SUV going northbound.
The 68-year-old driver of the sedan died at the scene.
The driver of the SUV was taken to hospital with what police believe were non-life threatening injuries.
