The provincial government has provided another reprieve by extending the date for renewing documents.
On Twitter, the Higgs government said all licences, registrations, certificates and permits issued by the province and valid as of March 16th, 2020 will remain valid until the end of July unless suspended by a court or authority under an Act of the Province.
On June 11th, the province encouraged New Brunswickers to update their documents because waiting until the end of June may cause delays for things like drivers licenses which can take two weeks to process before being mailed out.
