The Maritime Junior Hockey League is readying for a return to the ice.
In a news release, the MHL and its 12 member teams announced they are in the process of working out final details of a Return To Play manual.
The league has set a target date of Oct. 2, providing the provincial government and health authority give approval.
The MHL has committed to a full 52-game schedule for the upcoming season.
New Brunswick is home to five teams in the Maritime Hockey League, including the Fredericton Red Wings.
