A third person has been charged in connection with the death of a Fredericton man two months ago.
Police say Katie Alyssa MacIntosh, 21, of Fredericton is charged with accessory after the fact in the death of Justin Leigh Finnemore.
The 29-year-old Finnemore died from gunshot wounds at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton on May 2.
Last week, Timothy Robert Dunphy, 47, and Kevin Mark Sexton, 36, were charged with second-degree murder in the case.
All three people remain in custody, according to police.
