Police say a 20-year-old Saint John man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for second-degree murder has been arrested.
RCMP say Tyler Gamblin was taken into custody in the Woodstock area around 3:30 p.m. Thursday after they received a tip through Crime Stoppers.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Gamblin on July 15, the same day he was charged with second-degree murder in the death of Nathan Gallant.
Police say Gallant was found with stab wounds on the side of Route 825 in Fairfield, east of Saint John, on the evening of July 8.
They say the 29-year-old man from Saint John later died in the hospital from his injuries.
Gamblin remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
Police said two other people were arrested as part of the investigation, but no other details have been released.
