Do you know someone who has stepped up in an extraordinary way during COVID-19?
The province is taking nominations for its Stepping up for my New Brunswick campaign.
“Time and time again, New Brunswickers have stepped up in the face of adversity. The COVID-19 pandemic has been no exception,” said Premier Blaine Higgs in a news release.
“New Brunswickers have put their best foot forward and, to this point, their collective efforts, dedication and resiliency have played an important role in minimizing the impact we have experienced.”
A total of 100 residents will be honoured with a pin and certificate of recognition.
Examples include helping a neighbour by delivering their groceries or helping a local business adapt to new measures.
You have until the end of the year to nominate someone. Nominations can be submitted through an online form.
