A Saint John man charged in the death of another man found with stab wounds along the side of the road was back before a judge Thursday.
Nineteen-year-old Tyler Gamblin was charged with second-degree murder in the death 29-year-old Nathan Gallant.
Gallant was found hurt along Route 825 in Fairfield on July 8 and later died from his injuries in the hospital.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Gamblin in connection with Gallant’s death.
He was arrested by the RCMP on July 23 in the Woodstock area following a tip from Crime Stoppers.
Gamblin has a bail hearing scheduled for Aug. 27 and a September court date on other matters.
