The Green Party of New Brunswick’s 2020 campaign will be headlined by some familiar faces.
Megan Mitton and Kevin Arseneau will co-chair the party’s fall campaign. The pair became MLAs in the 2018 election, giving the party its largest caucus ever along with party leader David Coon.
Mitton, who represented Memramcook-Tantramar, and Arseneau of Kent North, will now aid Green Party hopefuls ahead of the September election.
In a news release, Coon said the pair will be “a tremendous source of support and inspiration to our candidates.”
Arseneau will also double as the party’s francophone lieutenant, aiding Coon while campaigning in primarily francophone ridings.
