The Conservative Party of Canada will name Andrew Scheer’s successor tonight.
The long-anticipated decision comes after COVID-19-induced delays, and will be live-streamed on the CPC’s social media accounts.
Leslyn Lewis, Peter MacKay, Erin O’Toole, and Derek Sloan are the four candidates vying for the party leadership.
Scheer has remained on as interim party leader since his loss to Justin Trudeau’s Liberals in the 2019 federal election.
The decision will be broadcast Sunday night at 7 p.m.
