Public Health says the individual is a temporary foreign worker in their 20s who has been self-isolating.
The province now has four active cases.
In the rest of the Atlantic travel bubble, Nova Scotia has six active cases and no new ones to report.
Newfoundland and Labrador still has one active case.
Prince Edward Island has none.
