The 600-gram box of “PC brand chicken strips – gluten free” is being recalled from the marketplace by Loblaw Companies Limited because they contain gluten/wheat not declared on the label.
Anyone who has this product in their home should throw it out or return it to the store where it was purchased.
The public should not consume this product if they have an allergy to wheat, celiac disease, or other gluten-related disorders.
The recall is due to consumer complaints and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products.
