The Irving Oil Field House had an exciting five months of activity when it opened last fall hosting various groups at the facility until the shutdown in March.
Bill MacMackin of the Saint John Field House said the facility hosted flag football, softball and baseball organizations along with Saint John and Fundy Soccer.
“We hosted a number of track and field events through the winter and a couple of soccer tournaments. We were well on our way I think to having an exciting and complete inaugural year and of course, the pandemic hit and things ground to a halt for a bit for another five months until we were able to reopen,” MacMackin said.
