New Brunswick is reporting two new COVID-19 cases in the province today.
One is an individual in their 20’s in the Moncton region and is connected to international travel.
The other is a person in their 60’s in the Saint John area, and the case is related to travel outside of the Atlantic bubble.
Public health says both are self-isolating.
There are a total of five active cases in the province.
Public health says the case in New Brunswick linked to international travel, may have been infectious onboard two Air Canada flights.
They were on Flight 0992 from Mexico City to Toronto on September 29th, and Flight 8910 from Toronto to Moncton on September 30.
Anyone who may have been exposed is being asked to self-monitor for 14 days.
If symptoms develop, they should self-isolate and call 811.
Nova Scotia is reporting no new cases today.
Three active cases remain with one person in intensive care.
PEI and Newfoundland and Labrador have not reported COVID-19 numbers as of yet.
