Another delay in court proceedings involving a Saint John man charged with second-degree murder this summer.
Tyler Gamblin was due before a judge on Tuesday morning for election and plea on charges connected to the death of 29-year-old Nathan Gallant.
He was found with stab wounds on the side of a road near Route 825 in Fairfield on July 8th.
Gallant later died from his injuries in the hospital.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Tyler Gamblin and RCMP arrested him on July 23rd near Woodstock following a tip from Crime Stoppers.
Gamblin is scheduled to return to court on November 27th at 9:30 a.m.
