The Vitalite Health Network is proposing a new name to better reflect its mission.
When the network’s board of directors general meeting on Tuesday, they approved a resolution to adopt the new name “Vitalite University Health Network.”
The board says the change is consistent with the Network’s vision of developing its university and research mission to continuously improve quality.
The new name will now be submitted to the Department of Health for approval.
The Board of Directors’ next meeting will be held in Moncton on December 8th.
