Tobias Doucette has been released on bail following a two-day court hearing ending Monday.
Doucette, who was the centre of a week-long manhunt after allegedly stabbing a Bridgewater Police officer in the neck, appeared in Kentville Provincial Court on Monday.
As most bail hearings are under a publication ban, many details, evidence entered and arguments made during the hearing are protected.
Doucette is charged with one count each of attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, assault, injuring a law enforcement animal, mischief under $5,000 and theft of a motor vehicle.
He also faces two counts of possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
Doucette was ordered to stay with a relative on the Potlotek First Nation in Cape Breton under direct supervision of relatives who’ve agreed to supervise him during his court case.
He is expected back in Bridgewater Provincial Court on Nov. 4.
