A 45-year-old man has been sentenced to two years in jail after pleading guilty to child sex-related charges.
James Robert Strowbridge was sentenced in Fredericton on October 21 for making available child pornography, possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
He was arrested in August 2019 at a home in Lincoln, after RCMP seized electronic devices from the residence.
Strowbridge has been added to the National Sex Offender Registry for life.
The charges were the result of an ongoing investigation by the RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit, RCMP’s Integrated Technological Crime Unit in New Brunswick and the RCMP National Child Exploitation Coordination Centre.
