A 31-year-old man has left a Saint John halfway house again.
James Halleran is considered unlawfully at large after failing to return to the Parrtown Community Correctional Centre.
He is serving a sentence of more than eight years for a series of offences including aggravated assault and discharge of a firearm with intent.
He’s described as five feet six inches tall, weighing 140 pounds with blue eyes and receding brown hair.
Halleran previously left Parrtown Community Correctional Centre without permission back in 2018 and a Canada-wide warrant was issued.
He was on the lam for two months before being arrested in Crescent Valley.
