Public Health is reporting six new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday.
Four of the cases are in the Moncton region, one is in the Saint John zone, and the other is in the Fredericton area.
The province issued a second notification about possible public COVID-19 exposures in Moncton and Dieppe today.
The six new cases mark the largest jump in numbers since October 21.
The four cases in Moncton involve two people in their 20s, one in their 30s and another in the 19 and under bracket.
Two of the cases are related to travel, but the other two remain under investigation. Public Health says all of the patients are self-isolating.
The new case in Saint John is an individual in their 50s, while the Fredericton case is someone in their 30s, both cases are travel-related.
There are now 19 active cases in the province. Two patients are in the hospital, and one is intensive care.
