Court proceedings involving a Saint John man charged with second-degree murder this summer have been delayed again.
19-year-old Tyler Gamblin was due before a judge on Friday morning for election and plea on charges connected to the death of Nathan Gallant.
The 29-year-old was found with stab wounds near Route 825 in Fairfield on July 8th.
Gallant died in hospital from his injuries.
A Canada-wide warrant was issued for Tyler Gamblin in July.
He was arrested by the RCMP near Woodstock on July 23rd after a tip from Crime Stoppers.
Gamblin is due back in court on December 10th.
