A New Brunswick home care company has acquired Riley Home Health Services of Saint John.
Under the deal, Kindred Home Care adds 100 caregivers, three managers and close to 200 clients.
CEO Billy English said the acquisition is part of a broader growth strategy for Kindred Home Care.
“Riley Home Health Services shared many of the same values for providing exceptional, compassionate care, which made it a natural extension of our own team. Having Riley Home Health Services join the Kindred Home Care family gives us the opportunity to help even more seniors and adults with disabilities remain happy, healthy and independent at home,” English said.
Linda Riley, Founder and Care Manager of Riley Home Services, said she knew Kindred would provide the highest standard of care possible for her clients and their staff would be a great fit for their team
“Kindred provides responsive, reliable home care by people who are passionate about their work. I built my business on integrity, compassion and respect, and I know Kindred shares the same principles as well,” Riley said.
Following the acquisition of Riley Home Health Services, Kindred Home Care now employs over 800 people throughout New Brunswick.
