Parts of southern New Brunswick picked up close to 200 millimetres of rain from an intense low pressure system this week.
Environment Canada says the highest amount was in Mechanic Settlement, about 20 kilometres from Sussex, which saw 191 millimetres.
A total of 107 millimetres of rain fell at the Saint John Airport, according to the national weather agency.
St. Stephen and Norton both picked up around 90 millimetres while Sussex received just over 70 millimetres.
Grand Manan recorded around 60 millimetres of rain, and so did the Fredericton International Airport.
