A man from Weaver has been charged after a gun was pointed at a church in Tilley, near Perth-Andover.
RCMP say when officers arrived on Sunday, the driver took off and a short pursuit began, but they lost sight of the vehicle when it entered off-road trails.
An RCMP drone and a police dog found the empty vehicle a short time later. Police said a loaded gun and several other weapons were found in the vehicle.
A 40-year-old man was arrested outside a home on Anderson Road without incident.
Kurtis Albert was charged with one count of breach of recognizance and one count of assaulting a peace officer.
He’s due back in court for a bail hearing on Wednesday.
