Iconic broadcaster Larry King passed away at the age of 87 Saturday morning.
King’s death was announced on his Twitter page through Ora Media.
The announcement touts his 63 year broadcasting career, which included 25 years behind the desk of Larry King Live.
King was known primarily as an interviewer, his show welcomed a wide range of guests, from presidents Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, to entertainers like Prince and Frank Zappa.
No cause of death has been announced, though King was hospitalized earlier this month with COVID-19.
The Twitter post asks that the public respect King’s family’s privacy during this difficult time.
