A Saint John man convicted following a fatal 2018 crash has been arrested for prohibited driving.
Police say John Ford was taken into custody Tuesday and made two court appearances this week.
Ford pleaded guilty to failing to provide assistance at the scene of an accident and public mischief following a July 2018 crash that claimed the life of motorcycle instructor Scott Robertson.
Police say a driving prohibition was imposed against Ford as part of his conviction.
Ford remains in custody and is scheduled to return to court on March 12.
