New Brunswick has fewer than 100 active COVID-19 cases for the first time since January 5.
On Saturday, Public Health reported three new cases and 21 recoveries, bringing the active caseload down to 87.
All three of the new cases were found in the Edmundston health zone.
73 of the total active cases are in the Edmundston region, which transitioned back to the orange level earlier this week.
Three patients remain in New Brunswick hospitals battling the virus, one of whom is in the intensive care unit.
In total, 1,420 New Brunswickers have contracted the virus since the pandemic began.
