If you have somewhere to be on Sunday, you will not want to forget to adjust your clocks.
Daylight Saving Time will move clocks forward by one hour at 2 a.m. on Sunday.
The time change is believed by some to conserve energy and allow us to make better use of daylight.
However, there are findings that the time change negatively effects our biological clocks.
Port Arthur, Ontario was the first municipality to use Daylight Saving Time when it did so in 1908.
New Brunswick first observed DST in 1918.
Clocks will not be turned back until November 7th.
