The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) has unveiled its 2021 playoffs scenario.
Quebec teams will begin their post-season play on April 8 while Maritime teams will start on May 4.
In the Maritimes Division, the bottom three teams will play two knockout games. The No. 6 seed will play the No. 5 seed on May 4 with the winner playing the No. 4 seed the next day.
The successful team will face the No. 1 seed while the No. 2 and No. 3 seeds will play each other in a best-of-five series.
The two winners will face off in a best-of-five quarter-final with the winner joining two Quebec teams in a six-game round-robin semifinal.
The top two teams will advance to the President Cup final, which will wrap by June 15.
