A Rothesay councillor is seeking a second term in the upcoming municipal elections on May 10.
Tiffany Mackay French is a long-time resident of the town who was first elected to council in 2016.
Mackay French says her work on council over the past five years has fostered an even stronger connection to the community she loves.
“I love Rothesay and have deep family roots in this wonderful town. I want it to continue to be a vibrant community for my family and for yours, for generations to come,” Mackay French said in a news release.
Mackay French said some of her priorities include quality of life for all residents, protecting green space, and financial management.
She said she also wants to focus on recreation, creating progressive alliances with neighbouring communities and other levels of government, and improved communication between the town and residents.
