Nova Scotia has set another single-day record for new confirmed COVID-19 cases.
The Department of Health and Wellness reported 182 cases Thursday, with a new total of 1,309 active infections.
Officials say there are 155 cases in the Central Zone, 16 in the Eastern Zone, seven in the Northern Zone, and four in the Western Zone.
They say two Central Zone cases are related to a residential care home, the Clarmar Residential Care Facility.
Officials say there is still community spread in the Central Zone, and the rest of the province is being monitored for signs of community transmission.
Provincial data shows 36 people in hospital, with nine in the ICU.
