The Bathurst police force ensures the public that they are pulling out all the stops in the search for Madison Roy-Boudreau.
In a social media post on Friday night, the force indicated that there are no new developments, and the investigation could be stalled this weekend.
Weather conditions could cause search activities to be suspended, however, the area will be blocked off from the public to maintain the scene.
The post goes on to state that Bathurst police share all the information that they can, and their priorities are finding Madison and collecting evidence that could be used in any criminal proceedings.

A statement was also made by the New Brunswick RCMP, to clarify the role of an Amber Alert.
“The New Brunswick RCMP has direct access to the Alert Ready system to send messages for critical incidents, including AMBER Alerts.”
“If it is a file belonging to another police agency in New Brunswick, the police of jurisdiction would contact the RCMP in order to request an AMBER Alert be issued.”
The news release states that the Bathurst Police Force did not request an Amber Alert for the disappearance of Roy-Boudreau.

14-year-old Madison Roy-Boudreau was last seen getting into a grey Ford Ranger on the morning of May 11.
Investigators later located and seized the vehicle, but there was no sign of the teenage girl.
